Partnership – Texible, Montfort

During a tour at Texible, the production steps for the textile components of the stappone insoles are presented.

Partnership, innovation and progress: stappone visits Texible and Montfort in Vorarlberg

In mid‑February, CEO Peter Krimmer visited two long‑standing stappone partner companies in Vorarlberg: Texible in Dornbirn and Montfort in Feldkirch. The visits once again highlighted how essential close collaboration and continuous communication are for the ongoing development of our intelligent sensor insoles.

Texible: Textile innovation from Dornbirn

At Texible, Peter Krimmer met with Managing Director Thomas Frois to discuss the textile components that play a central role in our sensor insoles. “The textile pressure sensor technology is the heart of our insole. Thanks to this high quality standard, we offer the most durable insole worldwide,” Krimmer explains proudly.

These materials must meet particularly high demands: they need to be durable, flexible, breathable and comfortable, while also providing the ideal foundation for integrating sensitive sensor technology. “And Texible delivers exactly this precision and expertise,” Krimmer emphasizes.

Montfort: Precision and technical excellence

The second stop took Peter Krimmer to Martin Schmid at Montfort in Feldkirch. Montfort supports stappone in key production steps related to the technical implementation and further development of the housing for the electronics and battery of the sensor insoles. “Montfort developed a special housing for us that protects the electronics and batteries from unnecessary pressure, temperature and dirt,” the CEO explains.

Their manufacturing expertise ensures that all components work together seamlessly and meet stappone’s high quality standards.

Strong partnerships as a driver of innovation

The visits to Texible and Montfort made one thing clear once again: innovation does not happen in isolation. Continuous exchange, open communication and a shared commitment to constant improvement are essential drivers in advancing our sensor insoles.

Through close coordination, materials can be further optimized, technical integrations improved, and performance, durability and comfort continuously enhanced. At the same time, this collaborative approach allows us to quickly incorporate new insights from real‑world use into product development.

At stappone, we firmly believe that technological excellence is built on strong partnerships. “Step by step, we are continuously working toward even greater progress in rehabilitation through our intelligent sensor insoles,” CEO Peter Krimmer concludes
