From November 14th to 17th, 2022, the international Medica<\/a> trade show took place in D\u00fcsseldorf – the largest event for the medical industry worldwide. For the first time stappone participated as an exhibitor. During these days, promising contacts were made, interesting discussions and interviews were held and experts were convinced especially in the use case.<\/i><\/p>\n Innovation is particularly important in the medical field because the goal is to improve treatments and work preventively. That is where stappone comes in. The intelligent stappone sensor soles are simply inserted into comfortable shoes and measure the foot pressure load as well as other movement-relevant parameters such as step length, cadence and walking speed.<\/p>\n Convinced users<\/b><\/p>\n Especially in practical use, stappone was able to convince the expert audience at Medica<\/a>. Some were skeptical at first, but after trying the sensor soles themselves they were positively surprised to find that the sole is hardly noticeable in the shoe. The software provides objective data on movement-relevant parameters and the foot pressure load can be monitored in real time.
