From now on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-3.at\/jakob-schmidrathner-msc\">Jakob Schmidrathner<\/a>\u00a0 is our Patient Expert and therefore the professional link between the health sector and the digital world.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Jakob Schmidrathner is a practicing physiotherapist and studied <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhstp.ac.at\/en\/academic-studies-continuing-education\/media-digital-technologies\/digital-healthcare?set_language=en\">Digital Healthcare<\/a> at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhstp.ac.at\/en?set_language=en\">UAS St. P\u00f6lten<\/a>\u00a0(AT). For his master\u2019s thesis \u201e<\/span>Effects of real-time biofeedback regarding peak load on lower extremities in healthy individuals: a pilot study\u201c he successfully used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stappone.com\/en\/research-4-products\/\">STAPP<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>ONE Research<\/a> as a measuring instrument. He soon saw its huge potential not only regarding research but also the field of rehabilitation and prevention. stapp<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>one sensor soles are simply inserted into comfortable shoes and measure the patient\u2019s plantar pressure. The corresponding medical software provides a visual live biofeedback of the pressure distribution as well as objective data of other relevant pressure and gait parameters like cadence and stride length.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>Innovations for the future<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">stapp<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>one is a strong advocate of digitalization in rehabilitation and is confident that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stappone.com\/en\/medical-4-products\/\">STAPPONE Medical<\/a> and the partial weight-bearing app <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stappone.com\/en\/rehab-app-4-products\/\">STAP<span class=\"s2\">P<\/span>ONE Rehab<\/a>\u00a0will improve patient treatment in the future.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">This vision is also the basis for the future stapp<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>one Academy with Patient Expert Jakob Schmidrathner as it\u2019s head. Physiotherapists and doctors will learn how to professionally use stapp<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>one for motion and gait analysis.. When it comes to technical questions regarding the use of stapp<span class=\"s3\">\u200a<\/span>one, Jakob Schmidrathner will be the direct contact person for physiotherapists, doctors and podiatrists.
